Proposed plan for Queen's Wharf park, ideal spot for investing in a park. The wonderful combination of sea and park.

In December 2008 a installation down Stout street was created called Journee des Barricades by British artists, Heather and Ivan Morison.

Defense House or Departmental Building on Stout street 1939,
Largest office building at the time.

I chose Stout Street in the lower CBD because its close to the group site and makes sense if people walk out of the front doors of the railway station they are in walking distance. Also Stout street has a lot of old beautiful buildings which would work well with my intention. Furthermore in the lower CBD is a lot of business men and woman which are constantly engaged with cell phones and other anti-social behavior which is perfect for what I want to combat.
