Initial Communication With Experts

Dear Robert,

I'm Daniel Collinson, a fourth year Industrial Design student from Victoria University in Wellington.
My class is currently under going a project for the Wellington City Council which entails a conceptual view of how Wellington CBD will look in 2040.
I am writing to you because I value your opinion on the well overdue Wellington earthquake, I have been reading up on a possible earthquake which could possibly reach over 7.0 magnitude. I was just wanting to know you thoughts or predictions on this topic like size, depth, location etc.
